Refund/Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sasco.

We note that all refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

Faulty Item


  1. You are entitled to a replacement, exchange or refund for a major failure of the item purchased.
  2. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, Sasco reserves its rights to offer to repair only. Sasco reserves its right to not offer a refund.
  3. Sasco reserves its rights not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the damage is caused by the purchaser’s misuse of the product.

How to return


  1. In the event of a faulty product, please send an email to sales@sascoaustralia.com with your order number, product purchased and a detail fault description. Our return authority team will determine the best cause of action to solve the issue within 3-5 working days.
  2. Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:
    1. Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted); or
    2. Financial statements such as bank statement, credit card statement.
  3. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Change of Mind Items


  1. Please choose carefully when purchasing products as returns or exchanges will not be provided where you have changed your mind or simply made a wrong selection. We recommend that you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order
