Refund/Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Sasco.
We note that all refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
Faulty Item
- You are entitled to a replacement, exchange or refund for a major failure of the item purchased.
- You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, Sasco reserves its rights to offer to repair only. Sasco reserves its right to not offer a refund.
- Sasco reserves its rights not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the damage is caused by the purchaser’s misuse of the product.
How to return
- In the event of a faulty product, please send an email to sales@sascoaustralia.com with your order number, product purchased and a detail fault description. Our return authority team will determine the best cause of action to solve the issue within 3-5 working days.
- Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:
- Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted); or
- Financial statements such as bank statement, credit card statement.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Change of Mind Items
- Please choose carefully when purchasing products as returns or exchanges will not be provided where you have changed your mind or simply made a wrong selection. We recommend that you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order
